We’re excited to share the latest advances in the Tundra project as of 20 August 2025. The installation is moving swiftly, and here’s how things stand:
The wiring had continued and the microscope is connected and fully integrated with its dedicated IT unit,
The protective enclosure is now being carefully assembled around the microscope.
Manual control interfaces have been installed, powered up, and are now operational.
The sample mounting station has been installed and is now connected to the liquid nitrogen Dewar. Initial setup and integration are underway.
